meet courtlyn.

My love for movement began at a very young age as a dancer. I After years of exploring various forms of exercise, I realized that the workouts that felt my “best” were the ones where I could truly tune out of my head, into my body and left me feeling energized. After experiencing my own mental health struggles, I became obsessed with moving my body for the clarity and endorphins it gave me. 

For me, breaking down the barriers between my mind and body was a transformative experience, and I wanted to share that with others. Every class I design is centered around the idea that fitness is not just about physical strength, but also about showing up for yourself and recognizing your worth. My passion is to bring you workouts that are engaging and transformative for both your mental and physical health.

Hearing from community members that they feel stronger, more confident, and have discovered a new sense of self-love through my classes brings me immense joy. My goal is to continue creating workouts that empower you to connect with your body, celebrate your progress, and cultivate a deeper appreciation for who you are—inside and out.

    Or you can follow our curated Weekly Workout Schedule, which offers a balanced mix of classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance throughout the week.

    If you have specific goals in mind, explore our variety of Programs tailored to different fitness objectives, whether you're looking to tone, build muscle, or simply enjoy a dynamic workout routine.

  • The workouts are intermediate, but always offer regression and  progression options. In every workout, we start with an accessible shape and we 'layer in' intensity and complexity. This allows you to find the variation that is the most supportive before moving faster or adding in intensity or including more muscle groups. It leaves no one behind and it keeps the flow of the class. 

  • It differs depending on what workout you are doing. 

    Barre: small weights (less than 3lbs), a barre ball and a chair! 

    Cardio Barre: resistance band, small weight (less than 3lbs).

    HIIT: all bodyweight! 

    Strength: medium/heavy dumbbells (5 to 20lbs) *depends on your fitness level.

We believe prioritizing time for yourself is essential, and that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of lifestyle demands. Our "fitness for all" approach ensures that every woman, no matter her schedule, can achieve her health and wellness goals with our efficient workouts.

  • The Weekly Workout Schedule is a balanced plan that mixes a variety of classes to give you a full-body workout each week. It includes cardio, strength training, flexibility, and core work — all designed to help you tone, build strength & endurance, and stay motivated.

    Each week’s schedule offers workouts suitable for all fitness levels, with classes that build on each other for steady progress. You can follow the schedule as it is or adjust it to fit your lifestyle, repeating or swapping classes as needed. The schedule ensures a balanced mix of workouts to challenge and energize you.

  • You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. There is no minimum contract length. 

    1. Login in to your account. 

    2. Select the widget in the top right corner and select Purchases tab. 

    3. Find the subscription you wish to modify and click cancel.

    4. Confirm cancelation

    Please note: you are responsible for cancelling your subscription. I will not offer any refunds for late cancels. All memberships are final sale.

  • Everyone is different. A ton of our members have seen positive physical results in the first 6 weeks and positive mental results in the first week! Don’t get discouraged if things aren’t happening right away, we’re all on a different journey. Remember, consistency is key.
