Meet Courtlyn.

Courtlyn is the founder of Life on the Court (LOTC), an online fitness platform designed to help busy women build strength, confidence, and consistency — without spending hours in the gym.

With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry and a background in dance, Courtlyn blends athletic strength training with intentional, low-impact sculpt programming. She is a barre instructor and rhythm cycling coach known for bringing energy, precision, and purpose to every class she teaches.

Her approach to fitness is rooted in structure and sustainability. Courtlyn believes workouts should challenge you, energize you, and support your life — not overwhelm it. Through LOTC, she has created a space where women can train smarter, feel stronger, and move with confidence at every stage of their journey.
