Our secret sauce is in our weekly training schedules, our monthly challenges, and our (not normal) low impact barre classes. Our approach is to make a mind/body connection while moving our bodies to tune out of our head and into our body. You can say that movement and mental health are our passion. where do I start?

To kickstart your journey with us, head to our On Demand section and look for ‘Getting Started with LOTC’ — it’s the perfect introduction to our platform and barre workouts.

Or you can follow our curated Weekly Workout Schedule, which offers a balanced mix of classes designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and boost endurance throughout the week.

If you have specific goals in mind, explore our variety of Programs tailored to different fitness objectives, whether you're looking to tone, build muscle, or simply enjoy a dynamic workout routine.

  • The workouts are intermediate, but always offer regression and  progression options. In every workout, we start with an accessible shape and we 'layer in' intensity and complexity. This allows you to find the variation that is the most supportive before moving faster or adding in intensity or including more muscle groups. It leaves no one behind and it keeps the flow of the class. 

  • It differs depending on what workout you are doing. 

    • Barre: small weights (less than 3lbs), a barre ball and a chair! 

    • Cardio Barre: resistance band, small weight (less than 3lbs).

    • HIIT: all bodyweight! 

    • Strength: medium/heavy dumbbells (5 to 20lbs) *depends on your fitness level.

  • The Weekly Workout Schedule is a balanced plan that mixes a variety of classes to give you a full-body workout each week. It includes cardio, strength training, flexibility, and core work — all designed to help you tone, build strength & endurance, and stay motivated.

    Each week’s schedule offers workouts suitable for all fitness levels, with classes that build on each other for steady progress. You can follow the schedule as it is or adjust it to fit your lifestyle, repeating or swapping classes as needed. The schedule ensures a balanced mix of workouts to challenge and energize you.
