The workouts are intermediate, but always offer regression and progression options. In every workout, we start with an accessible shape and we 'layer in' intensity and complexity. This allows you to find the variation that is the most supportive before moving faster or adding in intensity or including more muscle groups. It leaves no one behind and it keeps the flow of the class.

It differs depending on what workout you are doing.
Barre: small weights (less than 3lbs) or soup cans, a barre ball or pillow cushion, and a chair!
Cardio Barre: resistance band, small weight (less than 3lbs).
HIIT: all bodyweight!
Strength: medium/heavy dumbbells (5 to 20lbs) depends on your fitness level.

Each week we post a new workout schedule so you don't have to waste your time finding one to do. The method blends our barre and strength classes together. Each week incorporates a upper body, lower body and full body class as well as 2 low impact barre classes.

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. There is no minimum contract length.
