Life on the Court is a blend of barre, strength and conditioning workouts that will help you find consistency in your training. Our weekly workout schedule helps you take the guessing out of what to do and guides you to become stronger and feel more confident. Build a routine that is effective, approachable and affordable.
Choose from a variety of on demand classes, start a program or click play on our 'welcome series' which consists of 7 workouts under 20 minutes that give you a taster of all LOTC classes.

LIVE classes are done over zoom! It is a great way to connect with the community and really push yourself!
On Demand classes are recorded and put up for you to access at anytime, anywhere. The library has over 100 different classes to choose from!
Class times will vary depending on what time zone you are in. The schedule will always convert to your time zone. Typically, the schedule looks like: Monday (Strength), Wednesday (Barre) & Friday (HIIT).
All classes can be booked directly from the website, just hit the Book Class tab to access the full timetable of live classes. You can also book from the Sutra app on mobile or tablet, look for Courtlyn via the explorer page.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link straight after booking your spot as well as a reminder email 30 minutes before class starts. The class link is also accessible directly from your account under upcoming bookings. Please note, class opens 3 minutes before start.
Programs are a collection of classes designed to guide you towards your goals! Each program is curated to deliver results. Programs are designed to do on your own time and can be started whenever.
Programs are available for purchase with life time access or included in monthly, quarterly or annual memberships.
To access a program - click the program and then choose a payment option. If you are a current member click the login in the top right corner and login with your account info.
I strongly encourage you to do this, but it’s up to you! It makes a whole lot of a difference with accountability and connection. It also gives you the opportunity to get 1:1 coaching and shout outs from me!
Don’t sweat it! All of the live classes are recorded and uploaded to the On Demand library within 1 hr of class ending. The On Demand library also consists of over 100 recorded workouts that you can access anytime.
Each discipline requires different equipment.
Barre: small weights (less than 3lbs) or soup cans, a barre ball or pillow cushion, and a chair!
Cardio Barre: resistance band, small weight (less than 3lbs).
HIIT: all bodyweight!
Strength: medium/heavy dumbbells (5 to 20lbs) depends on your fitness level.
You can cancel your subscription at any time before it renews. There is no minimum contract length.
1. Login in to your account.
2. Select the widget in the top right corner and select Purchases tab.
3. Find Subscription and click cancel.
4. Confirm cancelation
